Travel in Thailand
" Six days staff travel in Thailand”– a fantastic journey filled with surprises and emotions has come to an end!
Join us in recalling the highlights:
Day 1: Departure! Embarking on our Thailand adventure with excitement at the airport.
Day 2: Discovering Thailand's history and charm. Morning tuk-tuk tour of Ayutthaya, exploring the ancient city's rich history.
Afternoon visit to the Ayutthaya Floating Market and the Instagram-famous Red Brick Paddy Fields for stunning rural views."
"Ayutthaya, known as 'Big City,' was once the thriving capital of the Ayutthaya Kingdom, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Despite the fire-induced destruction, remnants of palaces, precious Buddha statues, and intricate carvings still evoke a nostalgic and
reflective atmosphere. Amidst the greenery, ancient structures stand alongside modern buildings, telling a story of a once-culturally rich
and commercially prosperous era.
Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Thailand's largest, is a vibrant showcase of the country's water culture. With its 22 zones, it preserves the charm of traditional Thai architecture and offers a diverse range of products from crafts to food, making it a must-visit for an authentic local experience.
"In rural Thailand, BodinChapa Architects created Naya Cafe Ayutthaya—a harmonious blend of dining, architecture, and agriculture. Seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings of rice fields, the cafe reconnects visitors with nature, paying homage to the rich heritage of the land."
Day 3: Explore Thailand's Royal and Religious Culture
In the morning, we explored the majestic Grand Palace, gaining insights into Thailand's royal and religious culture. Later,
we took a long-tail boat ride along the Chao Phraya River, enjoying the scenic riverbanks. In the afternoon, we indulged in
traditional Thai massage to relax and unwind. As evening fell, we headed to Pattaya.
Grand Palace:
A massive complex by the Chao Phraya River, it stands as one of Thailand's culturally significant royal residences,
open to the public and a must-visit tourist destination.
"Chao Phraya River, also known as the 'Mother River' of Thailand, served a crucial transportation role in less developed times. Originating near the Himalayan glaciers, its historical significance is felt in its sediment-laden waters. Along its banks, cultural landmarks like Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha stand as testament to its rich history."
Day 4: Embracing Thailand's Island Paradise
Spent the entire day on Koh Samed, basking in sun, sand, and sea, along with various water activities. In the evening,
we boarded the Eastern Princess Cruise, enjoyed a spectacular performance, and had a delightful night.
Koh Samed:
A rare maritime spectacle with changing tides, the island's diverse beauty is adorned with fine golden sand,
glistening like a massive golden ribbon floating above the azure sea.
The Oriental Princess Cruise:
It offers stunning night views of the Gulf of Siam in Pattaya. Enjoy highly interactive performances with graceful dancers who engage closely with the audience.
